Fungal regulatory genomics & evolution

Cecile Lorrain

Principal Investigator

Cécile Lorrain is an SNSF Ambizione junior group leader at ETH Zürich. Her lab investigates fungal genome evolution and regulation, focusing on transposable elements, chromatin states, population genomics, and 3D genomics. Working across Zymoseptoria tritici and rust fungi, the group integrates molecular genetics with genomics, epigenomics and field data to connect genome architecture to infection and host specialization.
